The displayId
read-only property of the VRDisplay
interface returns an identifier for this particular VRDisplay
, which is also used as an association point in the Gamepad API (see Gamepad.displayId
).

A number representing the ID of the specific VRDisplay
.

[1] API Available on all platforms behind a flag, but currently only works on desktop in an experimental version of Chrome (other builds won't return any devices when Navigator.getVRDisplays()
is invoked).
