Determines whether or not the specified NPObject has a particular method.

Parameters
The function has the following parameters:
npp- The NPP indicating which plugin instance is making the request.
npobj- The object on which to look for the method.
methodName- A string identifier indicating the name of the method to look for.
Returns
true if the method exists on the specified object, otherwise false.
