DOMPoint.z

This is an experimental technology
Because this technology's specification has not stabilized, check the compatibility table for usage in various browsers. Also note that the syntax and behavior of an experimental technology is subject to change in future versions of browsers as the specification changes.

The z read-only property of the DOMPointReadOnly interface represents the z coordinate of a point.

In general, positive z means out of the screen (the opposite of the direction the user is facing), and negative z means into the screen (the same way the user is facing).

var zPos = DOMPoint.z;

Value

A double.
