nsIJSXMLHttpRequest

Deprecated since Gecko 17 (Firefox 17 / Thunderbird 17 / SeaMonkey 2.14)
This feature has been removed from the Web. Though some browsers may still support it, it is in the process of being dropped. Do not use it in old or new projects. Pages or Web apps using it may break at any time.

Note: As of Gecko 17.0, this interface is deprecated in favor of nsIXMLHttpRequestEventTarget. It no longer exists starting in Firefox 17.

This interface used to describe event listeners for the XMLHttpRequest class, allowing applications to monitor an HTTP request for progress updates, errors, and the completion of the load process while loading an HTTP document asynchronously.
