Description of the illustration

This image shows clients with the following locales: English, Japanese, Hebrew, and Thai. Each client connects over an HTTP connection to a multilingual application with dynamic locale switching. The clients connect using the following character sets:

The multilingual application and an application server instance comprise the application server. The application server uses a Unicode character set to connect over Oracle Net to an Oracle Unicode database.
