Choice Lists in a Calculation Template: This partial screen capture of the Create Calculation Measure dialog box shows the following fields:

• Calculation Type: My Period to Date

• Calculation: Gregorian year to date for UNITS (...) in the Time dimension and TIME_CALENDAR hierarchy. Aggregate over Gregorian year using sum from the beginning of the period.

  Gregorian year (highlighted) is a choice from a list that also includes Gregorian quarter, Gregorian month, Gregorian week, and Ancestor at level. UNITS, TIME.CALENDAR, sum, and beginning are also links to choice lists.

• Truncate decimal places check box.

• Expression: SUM(UNITS_CUBE.UNITS) OVER HIERARCHY (TIME.CALENDAR BETWEEN UNBOUNDED PRECEDING AND CURRENT MEMBER WITHIN GREGORIAN YEAR).
